The Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F is a Japanese animated film series related to the dragon balls, which was first released in theatre on April 15, 2015, as the 15th part of the series which is also names as Dragon Ball Z: fukkatsu no F.

Dbz Revival of F is the second film of this series which was supervised by the series director Akira Toriyama, after the previous part “Battle of Gods” in 2013. Similar to the previous part, this film follows the dragon ball storyline. In this part, the villain Frieza returns and the God of destruction, Beerus and Whis also join back. After the revival of Frieza, he carries out the hard training for the first time in his life to take revenge from the Super Saiyans, who devastated him.

This film got the worldwide fame after its release and dubbed in many local languages other than Japanese. Madman Entertainment releases the dbz revival of F in Australian theaters on August 19, 2015, while Manga Entertainment displayed it in theaters of UK in September 2015.

The film got many favorable reviews about the quality of graphics and exquisite fast speed of action scenes. There was criticism related to the lackluster and rigid story which didn’t reach attractive mush audience except for the few people who like the idea of fight and action.

Plot of Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F

Jaco, the Galactic Patrolman, takes a travel around the globe to warn Bulma that Frieza has returned from the hell and she prepares the most furious five Z fighters.  The five Z Fighters Piccolo, Krillin, Gohan, Roshi and Tein shinhan fight against the Frieza. They get their fighting training with Goku and Vegeta along with the Whis on the battle field on Beerus.  But these five warriors lose the fight even Gohan was in his Super Saivan mode.

Later on, Bulma reaches to Whis. Goku and vegeta go back to confront Frieza. Whis and Beerus join them when they come to meet Bulma, without caring about the end of the fight. At last Frieza got defeated by Goku. Both agree to fight by developing the full super power, and Goku shows his stunning blue aura called as Super Saiyan, while Frieza developed his gold-plated form with mighty powers.

By the end of Dragon Ball Z: fukkatsu F, Frieza starts to gain his powers again but soon Goku and Vegeta came to know his weakest point, and that is his gold form. So Goku turns the table and defeats Frieza finally. As Krillin tries to revive the powers of Goku which he lost during the fight using the Senzu bean, Frieza attacks him, but his shot goes in vain due to Vegeta counter attack.

Frieza produces a blast in earth destroying him, and the Z fighters of dbz revival of F are left on a small piece of rocky land. Goku missed a chance of killing Frieza at which he regrets later.  So the Frieza goes back to hell and Beerus, Whis, Goku, and Vegeta discuss the assertion.

Release of the film

The Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F was screened in 74 different countries around the world. The English premier of this film came to the North America theater on August 4, 2015. Madman Entertainment and Manga Entertainment announced the release in Australia and UK by September 2015.
